We use the latest technologies and processes when developing our solutions for the maritime industry. In addition, we actively contribute to maritime policies and regulations at a global level and drive forward scientific research in their areas of expertise.

We work closely with our customers and frequently travel to wherever they are in the world to work alongside them. At NAPA, you’re part of a family. NAPA encourages its employees to build relationships and have fun outside office hours through various leisure activities for the employees and, at times, their families. In recent years our adventures together have included sailing, flying in a wind tunnel, bouncing on trampolines, tasting champagne, and horse riding.

At NAPA, you’re self-managed. Everyone’s here to help and guide each other, but you’re your own boss. You’re responsible for your own decisions, and doing the most important thing you can in creating a cleaner, safer, maritime industry.

At its heart, our self-management philosophy is founded on trust. We trust that our people are smart enough that if they make a decision, having consulted the right people, it will be good for our company. And if it’s not the right decision on that occasion, that’s fine too. We trust that we’ll make it right, learn from the decision, and grow as a company as a result.
