Aqmil Alway
Aqmil Alway is a Technical Consultant for the Service Desk Team in the Design Solutions business entity. Originating from Malaysia, he worked at NAPA Japan for several years now. Aqmil’s primary job role is to make sure NAPA customers get the most out of our design solutions. He also conducts trainings and organizes local events in Japan.
“Being in the customer service team, I’m in the frontline facing our customers every day”, sums up Aqmil when asked about the best aspect of his work. The service desk customers are located all around the world and Aqmil is happiest when he gets to ensure their design processes flow smoothly, and loves the challenge of taking initiative to resolve any problems they may have.
The benefits of working for a smaller company compared to the big corporations comes from the fact that at NAPA there is an opportunity to learn and get to develop a wide range of expertise, rather than just concentrating on a very narrow segment.
